Delivery & Returns
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Once an order is processed and dispatched, Fastway, our courier, ensure that they will deliver within one working day. However, if there is a large influx of orders then delivery times may vary between 2-4 days. Fastway operate from Monday to Friday, so if an order is placed late in the week, please allow for this when estimating delivery times.
Can I return my order?
We have a no return policy at The Paint Hub due to the nature of our business. If paint is tinted to order, unfortunately we can’t accept it back. As a result of this we ask customers to take extra caution when choosing colours and placing orders.
Is there a click-and-collect service available?
No, all orders placed through our website are delivered via courier and there is strictly no click-and-collect service available.
Is it possible to walk in and browse the shop?
No, unfortunately since COVID 19 has arrived we have had to close our shop doors and operate solely as on online production business.
What is the delivery cost?
We offer free delivery on all orders €60 and above. For orders under €60, a flat rate of €9.27 is charged per box.
I have received my package but it’s not what I ordered, what do I do?
If your product has arrived and it’s not what you ordered, get in touch with our after sales support team [email protected] and they will help you ASAP.
Can I place an order by telephone?
Unfortunately, we don’t have any telephone number available for customers to ring. All orders are placed via our website and all queries are responded to by e-mail.
Do you deliver all over Ireland/to the UK?
Our courier, Fastway, deliver to every county on the island of Ireland. Currently, we do not deliver to the mainland UK.
