Do I need a primer first?
Most previously painted metal surfaces won’t need a primer as long as they are in good condition. However, you should use one if:
- Painting bare metal → Use Alchemist Universal Primer
- There is rust present → Remove loose rust and prime with Alchemist Universal Primer
