Alchemist Metal Enamel

Surface Preparation:

This product is suitable for use on metal, provided the correct primer is used. If the surface has not been primed we recommend using Alchemist Universal primer first. The surface must be clean, dry and lightly sanded. All contaminants, including rust, wax, resin or grease should be removed with an appropriate tool or cleaner.

Application:

Mix well before use. Apply two coats. When applying with brush or microfiber roller, thin it with up to 5% water if necessary. The paint is touch dry in 2-3 hours and recoatable in 8-10 hours (under normal conditions). 1L of paint covers 10-12m2 per coat. Tools must be cleaned with water immediately after use. When unopened and stored in a dry and shaded place (+5¡C to +25¡C ), the product can be used until the date indicated on the packaging. Please read the technical information sheet before use.

Caring for your Coating:

Cleaning of stains etc. can be done with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaners. Prior to use, test the resistance of the coating to the chosen cleaner on a less visible part of the  painted surface.
